The sensation series of rods was the result of some new concepts of blank construction and testing. In the development the goal was to develop a blank of super thin diameter with a huge backbone able to handle very powerful drags of 30+ lbs of pressure. We achieved this with the 2 models in the sensation series. The unique blend of rolled and pressed carbon has resulted in a very powerful and versatile blank. Whether you are targeting dog tooth tuna on slow pitch or amberjack this rod has the backbone to handle it when the time comes. The sensitive tip also makes this ideal for micro jigging with small jiggs.
